The work includes several major turnkey projects, meaning Ndesco was responsible for everything from initial design and manufacturing to final installation and operational testing.
The key contributions include:
• The full turnkey delivery of major processing machinery, including the design, manufacturing, installation, and operational testing of 37 conveyor belts and 2 vertical bucket elevators.
• A fully delivered dry sand separator with a capacity of 9,000 tons of beet per day, a crucial component for the factory’s processing line.
• The complete turnkey delivery of the emergency sugar beet handling line, for which Ndesco also managed all of the civil works.
• The design, supply, and installation of two gate flaps and five rotary valves, in addition to complete sets of handrails and walkways for the factory’s carbonation station.
